  • Return Window

    Once you receive your bag, you have 3 days to inspect and decide to accept it. If you take no action within this time, the system will automatically mark the order as accepted (completed), and no returns can be initiated afterward.

      Email us at support@retrovrs.com within the 3-day acceptance period to request a return authorization.
    • 2. Provide Essential Information

      Your reason for returning the item.Your order confirmation number.Specify the item you wish to return and provide the link to the item on our website. For example: retrovrs.com/shop/56If relevant, include photos of the item.
    • 3. Wait for Authorization before shipping

      Our team will review your request and respond with a Return Authorization if your item is eligible for return.

      Preparing and Shipping Your Return

    • 3-Day Shipping Window

      Once you receive your Return Authorization, you must ship the item back to the original seller within 3 days.
    • Shipping Costs

      As the buyer, you are responsible for covering all return shipping fees, including packaging and postage.
    • Proper Packaging

      We recommend repackaging the item securely to avoid damage during transit. It is preferred to use the same protective packaging used for original shipment. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use the same care and protective materials outlined in our (link to Packaging & Shipping Guide) for a safe return journey.

      Completing the Return

    • 1. Seller verification

      After the seller receives your returned item, they will verify: It is the correct item, and it is in the same condition as when it was originally shipped.
    • 2. Release of Funds

      Once the seller confirms everything matches our guidelines, we will release your refund. You can expect funds to be returned to your original payment method shortly (within x days) thereafter.
    • 3. Wait for Authorization before shipping

      Our team will review your request and respond with a Return Authorization if your item is eligible for return.
